“Very helpful reception staff, they helped us organising a tailored tour of the surroundings, in addition to always being ready to make our stay even better. We checked out really early and they opened breakfast before time to ensure we had a good meal before taking the train. Location was great, close to everything and to the beautiful Mekong.”

“El Hotel no es como las fotos : Esta descuidado ( el primer día con cucaracha en baño ) , sucio , tumbonas de la piscina rotas , desayuno mala calidad y poquísima variedad , Salíamos a las 6,30 de la mañana del hotel . Decían que el desayuno es de 6 a 10 . Salimos sin desayunar . Nada preparado ni café !! cuando ya estaban las maletas en el taxi , llego el camarero , con media camisa fuera del pantalón y quitándose las legañas. Eso si . Nos pidió disculpas !! “Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception.”
