Welcome to the stylish and bright apartments at 97 Buzand Street, the perfect choice for a comfortable stay in the very center of Yerevan.

Located on the 15th floor, these apartments are filled with natural light thanks to the large windows offering spectacular views of the city.

The apartments include a bedroom area with a spacious double bed and orthopedic mattress for a relaxing stay. There is a comfortable pull—out sofa in the living room, which easily turns into an extra bed.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, a full set of dishes, ideal for breakfast or an evening glass of wine.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and all the necessary accessories to make you feel at home.
