The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. Overall the property serves its purpose with nice decoration, and a lovely kitchen."
