With more than 1,800 all-time wins, the Bloomington-based Indiana Hoosiers have earned their place in basketball history as one of the top 15 most successful college programs of all time. A part of the Big Ten Conference, Indiana University men’s team has won the regular season championship 22 times, most recently in 2016. They’ve appeared in the NCAA Basketball Tournament 39 times, made it to the Final Four 8 times, and have won the national championship 5 times, tying for fourth place with Duke. Whether you want to cheer on the team as they take on a rival at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall or watch them battle it out for their first national title since 1987, there are budget-friendly tickets for all Hoosiers fans.
After a tough decade marked by the first missed NCAA Tournaments in 20 years, the Indiana Hoosiers began finding their way back into the national spotlight in 2011. Now, under the lead of Archie Miller for the first year, the team has been having an exciting season, with stars like top scorer Robert Johnson, speedy Josh Newkirk, and versatile Collin Hartman. The Hoosiers have certainly earned back a loyal fan base, and viewers have been loving the hard-driving action against rivals like the Kentucky Wildcats, Purdue Boilermakers, and Illinois Fighting Illini. Can they not only get into the NCAA Tournament but make it all the way to the Final Four for the first time in 16 years? Don’t wait to grab your tickets to find out.
