Very dirty and no one cleaned or replaced towels and I stayed 4 days. The air conditioning leaked water and they did nothing. Never again

The clerk said something that made me think he was changing my room at check-in from maybe what was originally booked (for better/worse? I don't know). The property just seems rundown overall. The AC compressor was really loud kicking on and off. The furniture in the room was missing pieces and very distressed. Some towels had stains. I didn't walk or shower barefoot. I was so tired at the end of the day, I just rolled with it and hoped the bed was better than the rest of everything. Also keep in mind that the property is next to a regional hospital, so helicopters are landing and taking off fairly regularly. Not much near property - a dollar store and an Arby's was about it. Police station is a block away, so that was something.

It was a great last minute stop after driving all day. Room was cool, clean and ready for a good night’s rest. We were thrilled that the bed was firm! Great sleeping!

There was toothpaste flashes on the bathroom opposite the sink. A few ants on the sink. The elevator floor had a dried spill on it. The beds were clean. The rest of the room was clean. No bad smells.

The pool has not been functioning for a couple years now, even though the Expedia website says the hotel has a pool. I have the expectation of at least one source of protein during an included breakfast, there was not even hard boiled eggs. At 9:30 in the morning the water was turned off due to plumbing maintenance items.
