“When we checked into the room, we found no hangars were in the closet. We asked for some from several different staff members and didn't receive any for two days. The seat on the toilet in our room was severely misaligned. One of our friends also staying at the hotel in a different room, .tripped over a rug in the lobby directly in front of the reception desk, manned by a hotel staff member. The staff member offered no assistance or even a inquiry as to our friend's well being. No serious……

Desk clerk charged the full amount of the room to both the card used for reservation and the card used for incidentals. Checked out 10 minutes after arrival and requested refund to both cards. ”
