Great stay!

Great hotel for a reasonable price. Great service and location by the beach. Had a biking vacation, and good space for the bike in the garage. Nice cafe/restaurant by the entrance. A couple of km to walk from the bus station and old town, but a more silent and relaxed district.

We had a beautiful view from our very comfortable room. Easy walk into San Sebastian. Also bus stop nearby. Definitely not a 2 star hotel. I highly recommend. Easy parking. Great customer service.

Likes: friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff, really well located by Ondaretta beach and the lovely promenade and gardens. Modern and clean. Options for all-day dining in the cafeteria as well as local restaurants and bars in Antigua. Pleasant walk to the Old Town and Centro. Would definitely recommend. Suggestion: a bit more opportunity to hang damp things up - a couple of door hooks would be useful.

Your guests are your business so be nice respect

Receptionist had no interest or personability and actually told us the wrong direction for the oldtown. It was a lot of money for one night in a 2 star. 167.50 including parking with no breakfast. It was a special occasion and we had a couple of requests...none met. On the plus side the housekeeper gets 5 stars and the shower was fine. It is close to the beach but at wrong for the oldtown. The food was basic but OK and priced well.

Excellent place, right by the beach.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as our flights were delayed for a day.It was a pleasant surprise with very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location right at the beach. We wished that we had selected to stay here for our whole duration of stay.

The hotel is opposite side of bay to old town. We walked, took the bus and even a taxi due to distance. The bed was not comfortable but better than most

Muy bonito hotel a la orilla de la avenida y la Playa. Cosa que se agradece a los que quieran pasar un buen rato en la playa. Está hasta el otro extremo del casco viejo por lo que sí hay que caminar mucho. No sé si sea por la temporada pero el AIre acondicionado no funcionaba. Vimos por ahí dentro del cuarto algunos insectos. Por lo que en el departamento de limpieza quedó algo por desear. Pero la atención, el lugar y el estacionamiento increíble
