This popular building features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Included in these tastefully decorated units are 1.5 or 2 baths, washer, dryer, modern kitchen, central air. Oceanfront balcony opens to living-dining area. Building amenities include: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, 3 elevators, building wide WIFI and on-site parking. With a great location and indoor pool, these units will be filled early-don't delay your reservation! Note: As of December 2025, the projected re-opening of the indoor pool is scheduled for May 1, 2026; however, this is not guaranteed.

Great location

Nice condo in good location. Adequate dishes, pots and pans. Appliances worked well. The condo was in a non-smoking building but a guest or owner smoked on their balcony, this limited our use of the balcony. The sliders were difficult to open and slide due to corrosion of the locks and metal slides. It was nice to have two bedrooms and two baths.
