Have to pay extra money when baggage check in. But helpful stuff and great service by Expedia as well
After last night's bad luck with my flight from Morelia and not helpful AA ground staff in Dallas I am extremely pleased with the help I got today from Mr. MATHIAS BEKELE at gate A. MATHIAS BEKELE's customer service was outstanding. He acknowledged me immediately when I was approaching the line to the counter and was very professional in his work. Thanks to him I was able to get an earlier flight to Austin after I was stranded in Dallas one day and one night.
Happy with layover time. I have missed my connecting flight in the past due to a short layover time.
