The roo.s and breakfast options were fine however we should have been informed beforehand about the construction work that was being carried out and that the lift was out of order for the entireity of our stay.We were given a 4th floor room and although we asked for a change our request was negated.
We spent over 1700 euros on a four day trip which was definitely not up to standard.Again i feel we were decieved on the lack of indormation or information that was withheld as i would have surely picked another hotel .

Overall a gem. The location is perfect with access to the train station, the royal mile and market street. Quiet and great rooms. The only complaint is the small and slow elevator, which is nothing. Will be staying here again, loved the hotel and the staff
