The views from our room were absolutely breath taking. The privacy was incredible for our occasion which was our honeymoon. The staff treated us like absolute royalty! We also thoroughly enjoyed the hike on the property, the handmade art available, and the beautiful restaurant on site. Another unique thing was the property provided us with a cell phone to contact them for anything we needed (taxi, directions, etc.) wherever we roamed in the area. We absolutely adored this place and hope to come back soon!

The view from our room of the beach and ocean was good. The staff was very hospitable, competent and gracious. We enjoyed everything about the resort except a couple of restaurants had less than outstanding food. The majority of restaurant options were very good.

Amazing resort with beautiful beach and pools, friendly staff, and great food.
The only downside was that all the restaurants are a-la-carte, and even the breakfast buffet requires you to wait for tea/coffee service and to sign a bill afterwards (even if you purchased the all-inclusive dining option you still need to sign for tip and "charge" to room). The service at the restaurants is extremely slow (expect 1.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours for dinner) so it's hard for families with small kids who get impatient.
Other issue was the the water heater in the villas is small, so if 4 people take showers one after the other the 3rd and 4th person will have cold water.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Some great elements to the design overall. Staff were friendly. The small shared public beach was not inviting. You didn't want to spend time there. The food was below expectations. Not a five star resort, not close really.
