À notre arrivée, alors que nous avions réservé pour trois, petit-déjeuner inclus, il nous est indiqué que nous ne bénéficions que de 2 petits-déjeuners, après avoir contesté, nous avons obtenu nos 3 petits-déjeuners. Arrivés dans notre chambre, le canapé-lit (qui permettait d’avoir le 3ème couchage) n’était pas déplié. Assurément, cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, les services ne sont pas au rendez-vous : pas de bagagiste (l’hôtel est assez étendu donc ce ne serait pas un luxe), le ménage dans la chambre doit être réclamé, L’hôtel est charmant d’extérieur, bien placé et au calme mais un nettoyage en profondeur des espaces intérieurs (tapis notamment) s’impose. Heureusement, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieure (la « quiet ») qui était très peu fréquentée, ce qui a, un peu, rattrapé notre impression d’ensemble. Attention, le parking couvert est très cher (56$ par jour). Je ne connais pas les autres hôtels de Key West, donc je ne peux pas comparer avec d’autres mais celui-ci m’a semblé juste « passable ».

I definitely won’t stay there again. Just due to the staff. They really had no idea what they are doing from check in to check out. I gave up trying to get hangers after the 4th request. We were out of body wash it took a forever to get and I was already showered by the time it arrived. I requested an early check in at 2:30 and they were going to charge me but I pointed out via my VIP that was free. I requested the free upgrade and they said there was a fee for that so no VIP upgrade when the hotel was far from full. The beach is full of seaweed and smell but Mother Natures fault. The good I can say is the restaurants were all excellent and the location was good. The room was clean. Beds hard. Hope you have better luck :)

This is the best place to stay in Key West! It is a hotel but it has the quaint B&B vibes. The tiki bar by the pool is amazing and they are adding food soon which makes it literally perfect. Close to everything you’d want to do- walk or scooter. 10/10 recommend!
