Ursela and Angelica/ Andrea were very kind and helpful during breakfast and treated me with a smile. From desk check in staff on 4/29 were kind and answered my questions. The gentleman i spoke to around 9:30/10 on 5/1 was friendly and personable and helped me with my food order that was delivered. The same three caller gentleman that assisted me throughout my whole stay were polite and helpful.

Clean room. No one was super friendly or helpful. No pool access and too much if an inconvenience to us and the staff to go next door. Motel is dated. Walls paper thin. Could hear everyone walking- upstairs, outside, etc. we were in the back corner, right by stairs, elevator, and ice maker. Ice maker was going off loudly until midnight each night as people got ice. Then at 7am, maid service was rolling their carts out down the walkway. Third floor so it was pretty loud. It was clean though.

I loved the villas. They were very spacious and had all of the important amenities for my stay - microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. It even had kitchen items like pots & pans, dinnerware and tableware. The bathroom and bedroom was spacious and the living room was nice and quaint. I had a patio. My villa was downstairs. I wish there was an elevator because my luggage was heavy. I didn’t visit the store/market. I did visit Canyon Grille. The food was good but service was a little slow. My waitress and the greeter were super nice but it seemed like they were understaffed. I liked the fitness facility. I don’t use the pool. The outdoor seating areas were nice. I visited their farmer’s market and it was excellent. My overall stay was magnificent.
