quite a clean room but we only got 2 beds despite booking for 4. no working kettle or stove like shown in the pictures no glasses or bowls in the cupboards and the wifi was really bad

Lovely hotel with delicious breakfast and good location. Staff were very available and helpful. We loved the rooftop jacuzzzi and lounges to chill. Spa didn't seem open but we got some drinks in evening. Rooms were really nice.

This is a gem of a hotel. Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. Our two rooms are amazing! So so clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Brilliant location. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

We don’t rate hotels very frequently, but we felt we must because Riad No 5 is an outstanding property with extremely helpful staff. It was our first visit to Marrakech, and Imad and team made us feel very welcome. It is conveniently located within the Medina, not too far from Jmaa El Fna and all the other main sights. The property is air conditioned, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated throughout, with really thoughtful touches everywhere (artwork, tiling, furniture). The breakfast is incredible! And finally, the rooftop pool is a beautiful bonus helping tourists like us escape from the midday heat.

excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...

Zizo and Ahmed provided exceptional service that truly made my holiday unforgettable. Their attention to detail was remarkable; they remembered my preferred drinks and were always ready to assist with anything we needed, whether at the bar or in our room. Their outstanding customer service exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable experience.
