They charge for parking in their own parking garage every night. The snacks that are in the room are overly expensive. You’re gonna eat two things and spend about 20 $30. And they charge for maid service, which should come with staying in the hotel don’t offer water or have a microwave from the room either.

The were dried blood droplets on the side of the tub. The front desk tried to overcharge me for fees, until I showed the manager that the employee was wrong. The employee was not nice and definitely had an attitude that I questioned the price/taxes to begin with. The manager wasn’t much better. Neither one of them apologized, nor was gracious or even friendly. I also asked for a room close to the elevator. She lied and said it was halfway down. I was one door from the very end of the long hallway. I believe their names were Jessica and Jennifer. I spoke with Cody the hotel manager, and he refunded the taxes entirely for one night for the inconvenience. He was professional and apologized for them. This is a very old and out of date property. -Wasn’t terrible, but I’ve had customer service issues in their restaurant too (the coffee shop). Customer service seems to be a real issue at this property, in my experience. They definitely need some customer service training on this property. The Peppermill, or the Atlantis would be better choices. They have great customer service. This property is old too. Saw some yellow/brown water come out of the bathroom faucet, and the pipes above the room are VERY loud. This is an old/outdated property. They don’t seem to do much upkeep to keep it nice/newer. This property really needs remodeling, badly.

Easy checked in, very nice condo, nice view, so convenient with laundry in the bathroom. We loved the kitchen, dinning table with six chairs, nice living room with a sofa bed even we didn’t use it, we enjoyed the fireplace, My kids loved this place, However, the Wi-Fi is not work well, very slow and even not connect, televisions are out of date, must be 30 years ago. Overall we love this place and will come back.
