    "I booked a room in a “4 star” hotel and ended up in a cigarette smelling room, which has not been updated in decades. We were able to change the room to a slightly updated one (no smell!!) but very noisy since both the hotel and the plaza in front of the hotel are in full renovations. The noise and renovation should be mentioned through the booking process, mostly since all materials are carried through the main lobby and guest elevators. (dirt everywhere) Offsite parking is also inconvenient...."
