North Jackson - Ridgeland Romantic Vacations

I received confirmation of my reservation was made and payment went through. When we got to the hotel, no one was there to check us in. I called and was told out reservation was cancelled, I made the reservation about 2 hours before we arrived, I did not get an email saying it was cancelled, I was told I was not charged but never received proof.

The 1 and 2 bedroom suites are tops 🎩the breakfast was great beautiful lobby and guess what.. I'll be back in December 2026 I've already booked my weekend stay‼️💯

Unfortunately, this stay was not up to the standards I have come to expect from this hotel. I have stayed here for the past few years whenever I’m traveling through Jackson, and I’ve always chosen to return based on my previous experiences. However, this stay was very disappointing. Room 319 was not in good condition. There were ladybugs all over the walls, the room had an unpleasant smell, and there were noticeable areas of rust. Overall, the room did not feel clean, comfortable, or properly maintained. As a returning guest, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and hope management addresses these concerns so future stays are more in line with the quality I’ve experienced in the past.
