Loved staying at this hotel. Was very clean and staff were very helpful! Great location also!

Great staff & nice breakfast. Room was small but to be expected, same for the noise, but was very central to everything. Had a great stay!!

Sheen Falls Lodge is a reminder of everything the hotel industry has taken away from us in order to maximize profits for themselves, quality service, helpful and friendly staff, daily cleaning service without fuss, nightly turn down service, free snacks and mini bar. Honestly, this hotel sets the bar for all hotels around the world. Not only is it beautiful and full of activities *horse riding, archery, axe throwing, fishing, hiking, etc) but the service and food is incredible. Everyone needs to stay at Sheen Falls Lodge at least once in their lives, they are the standard bearer for all hotels.

The rooms were basic, with a broken window and leaking showers, as well as loose sockets and a broken socket. Whilst these issues were reported no maintenance was undertaken during our three-night stay. Cleaning could do with some improvement, with cobwebs in the room, but more concerningly no evidence of cleaning of corridors and stairways with visible rubbish on the move for the duration of our stay. The spa was also closed during our stay, which hadn't been notified at the time of booking. The breakfast was broadly good although a lot of glasses were dirty. The staff were all friendly. Overall great location but the hotel is in need of a deep clean and some significant maintenance works, including rectifying a leak in the hallway outside our room that was ongoing for a number of days.

Great location. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Pool smaller than expected and would benefit from poolside lounger or chair. We would visit again .

It gave what I imagine traveling in Russia is like.

Everything was fabulous!
