Excelent views. Really poor service from the staff. Check in staff left us waiting for no reason and pretended not to have noticed we were waiting for them. We were the only ones at the the lobby staring at them with bags on tow. We even put down our names on the ipad with their waiting list system for check in. It showed they had people waiting for check in, US!!!! Requested Our room to get a clean up did and they did not clean, left less towels, didn’t stock up the toilet paper and bed was half made (literally only half of the comforter was made). The only thing this hotel has going for it, its the location…
