"Biscayne Suites is a fairly typical shore-town boutique hotel. Design and layout feel a little dated; but it is clean, comfortable, and quiet in an unbeatable location. Staff was professional, welcoming, and pleasant. Very much appreciated the lack of wall-to-wall carpeting, which especially in a beach resort area can be more than a little funky. Would certainly stay again."

"The staff was exceptionally courteous, especially Anthony who went out of his way to assist us with bringing our bags up to our room since the elevator was out of service. The room was bright and sunny, beds comfortable and lots of modern conveniences. Definitely recommend this motel due to its convenient distance to all boardwalk attractions. "

"We stayed at for a softball tournament and the front desk attendant was so sweet and helpful. She even gave us extra blankets and pillows so we are comfortable. We usually don’t stay in beach motels because we never know what we are getting into but this motel was super clean and very cozy. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was pretty clean with the exception of the sofa bed. There were many rubber bands under it and the coach itself did not look very clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the door had a hole where a hook was supposed to be. "

"Overall, the property was well located with just steps to the Boardwalk and a Jitney stop right out front. The rooms were clean, however there was a slight musty smell, but otherwise cleanliness and housekeeping was evident. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all friendly and willing to take time to answer questions. We had a pleasant stay. "
