Dirty room and 30 years outdated. Flooring was terrible. Bathroom not clean. They provided a hand towel for use as a bath towel. The vent in the bathroom was covered with dust. People were nice but the property was not. WAY overpriced.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ocean 7. Location was great - just steps from the boardwalk and beach. The facility was clean and maintained well. Kitchenette was well stocked. Free coffee every morning in the lobby. Beach tags were provided for each guest. We would definitely stay again if we came back to Ocean City.

This was our first time at Ocean 7, we were pleasantly surprised by easy parking, close/convenient location and friendly staff. The pool was closed our last day and the AC smelled like mildew, but otherwise the room was great!

The staff was friendly however when we asked for extra towels (from 2 different people) we never received them. Loved being so close to everything. The room was nice however the bathroom was WAY too small. All and all I would stay here again because of location and convenience of having a pool.

We stayed in corner unit 421. Quite and newly renovated. Fresh & Clean. Daily service. Front desk (Amanda) was more than accommodating and helpful. So refreshing to see great customer service. Residents who lived there where friendly and kind. Right at boardwalk. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Ocean 7 is steps from the boardwalk so it the location is extremely convenient. Once we arrived we did not have to drive anywhere that we wanted to go during our stay. The room was large and nicely decorated and having the kitchenette was great as it allowed us to have a few meals in our room instead of ordering everything out because the restaurants in the area can get pretty pricey. Our family of five had a great time and would definitely stay at Ocean 7 again on our next trip to Ocean City.

Everything was great. The check-in process was a little archaic. However, the staff was very kind and trying their best. Maybe a little understaffed for late June otherwise very happy with the property.

It was a great place, only issue was that check in time was delayed for an hour because of room inspections, only to find cut nails all over the sink. Other than that, the staff were very kind and helpful and they let us park there in the morning and gave us our beach tags so that we could go to the beach without waiting for check in time.
