Hi we liked everything , the surrounding were peaceful and quiet nice breakfast was service to us great, didn't like the steps next time hopefully can get a room on the lower floor would stay again if heading that way, the staff was nice easy to talk too, enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very close to beach, many restaurants within two blocks, Quiet area. Only thing missing was a microwave in room- for how low cost they are, NO hotel/motel room should be without one. Staff here very friendly and outgoing. Thanks for a pleasant stay. 😊

This was perfect for a quick stay by the beach. All the staff was super kind and helpful. The building itself has seen better days. Quality in could definitely give some raises and make some upgrades. Thanks so much to all the staff.

Booked another hotel after an hour without a refund. Stain on sheets, toilet not cleaned, low water pressure in shower, unsafe streets for families. Checked out after a couple hours and stayed at another hotel. Don’t know how this was rated 7.8. Staff were friendly.

Upon arrival I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, until I sat on the cloth couch and then got in bed. Their were bugs from the coach and a roach in my room. I immediately asked to be moved to another room or granted a refund. I was promptly moved to another room, much better. However I switched rooms at 2:30am. In this very sketchy part of town (but all of AC is sketchy at best) and the attendant did not escort me, that did not sit well with me considering I was solo traveling as a woman and there was a homeless man standing at the walkway of the stairwell, but the entire area is like that. Overall it was a good stay. The rooms, bathrooms and breakfast area is very clean and everyone seems to take pride in doing a good job there. If they gave this property a little tlc (change all the couches out, lay new carpeting in the room a a little cosmetic uplift) this could be a 10/10 win. Check in and out was fast and easy, breakfast was good. Coffee not so much. Great location to the beach and boardwalk, Food and stores conveniently located.
