"Nice and quiet nice rooms "

"Location to U of M Hospital was great. The young gentleman at the reception desk asked if we had any requests, & I told him a room by the pool would be great. He changed where he previously had our room & gave us a room near the pool. Very nice! Good breakfast & easy checkout."

"This property is centrally located right next to Trader Joe’s and across from a charming coffee shop which is very convenient. It was a *bit* dated (my reason for 4 stars) but VERY clean. The kitchenette was also a plus. We only stayed two nights but housekeeping came to tidy our room after the first day. "

"The hotel is nice. Decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The one thing I would like to see changed is the communal soap, conditioner and location. I am not a fan as I have no idea if someone put anything into the bottles."

"Once I got a room with the Air conditioning working it got better. I ended up in a room with 2 queen beds and I reserved a king bed. The location is good and surrounding area is decent also. The pool was cold so we didn't use it as I planed. The place needs some TLC and repairs. "

When he asked questions or looked like him was not sure where to go the girls at the front desk were very kind to him. Our stay was 5 days and when I would come in late afternoon, they were quick to ask how my day was. You can be very proud of you staff. MFA"
