Then breakast is rather weak and the seating availability in the breakfast area is extremely limited. Otherwise everything else such as cleanliness, staffing and parking was great.

Microtel is a very cost effective property to stay at during a trip to Ann Arbor. The stadium pictures and UofM paraphernalia was great to see. Go Blue! Also making our own waffles were a tasty treat for breakfast.

This is a very tough review because I really liked the staff who were professional and hardworking, however the truth is that the hotel is very basic. When I arrived there was construction on the second floor, fortunately it stopped after a few hours. Check in was smooth. Went to my third floor room, and it looked like a college dorm room, very outdated and the bathtub was not clean. I called the front desk who mentioned that housekeeping was returning the next morning and they would let them know. Next day the bathtub was still dirty and the floor was also dirty after cleaning. Decent breakfast, no safe. I don't know if I would stay again. I did like that there are no pets allowed as I am allergic to cats ( Marriott allows pets) and the proximity to the place i had to visit.

Smaller rooms but worked out well for us. Did not like toilets but not big problem. Very safe area. Staff very friendly. Breakfast limited but worked out plenty for us and was good and quick. Parking good. Quiet and overall good and will definitely stay there again. also less hectic than other motels we stayed at in Ann Arbor

The Inn was clean and quiet and reasonably priced. We couldn't stay for the included breakfast because of an early morning medical procedure, so I can't comment on that.
