"The staff was kind and responsive over chat and in person. Stay away from the coffee shop in the premises. The staff is rude, slow, and the food is pretry bad. There is mold and water damage in several walls in my room, the room is very noisy because the kitchen is right behind the room the Wi-Fi works although choppy. There are no hooks in the bathroom. "Although I had Expedia gmail confirmation that the hotel was booked, they were not expecting me and were fully booked!! How can this happen?? Luckily someone had just cancelled so there was a room available. The hotel does not have any sign outside so it was very difficult to find and for a while I thought it did not exist! Do not be put off by this. There is a nice hotel behind those doors. "
