"We asked for a room with a view and were given a room at the top with a superb view of the Alhambra. Couldn’t have asked for a better view! And we could see our room from the Alhambra. Like many hotels in Europe, the rooms are small but we had a very comfortable stay. You also have to climb stairs, there is no elevator. So it might not be for everyone, but we loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Let me also add that it’s not in an area where you can drive up and park; we came by...

"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. "I stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely return. The aesthetics of the hotel are beautiful and the room quality is amazing. The walls are a bit thin so do be aware. The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas of what to do during our stay. The terrace on the fifth floor was really the highlight of everything since you can see the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. The location was very central and easily walkable to just about anywhere in the city. I can’t wait to visit again! "

"Friendly small 9 room hotel. We got the last small room on the top floor. No elevator. Location is excellent! Rooftop was nice. It’s too bad that they close the access at 8 pm… even before the sunset. Small living area also with no access after 8 pm. All the decorations are with recycled materials, a plus for Mother Earth! All together a good choice."

When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour.
