They don’t tell you if you get late you are to be locked out of the parking,one night we were able to get in with a card they gave us, next night they didn’t have the card and we had to park somewhere else that at the end was cheaper. We travelled with our small kid and the lady at reception declined our request to do a bit earlier checkin although we could find out that the rooms were ready at that time, she wasn't kind enough and was continuously on the phone while we waited at reception. Room has no tea/coffee facility, dark inside and a broken chair. Would never book this again."

"We loved everything about this property! The views are absolutely stunning! Our room was gorgeous with the most comfortable beds and linens. The service was exceptional! They made arrangements for a private transfer from Chamonix for us and also gave us a ride into Crans Montana to go to the golf course. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer!"
