"Our experience was magnificent. We are a vegan couple and the restaurant staff really went out of their way to satisfy our every need. The welcome, from check-in to the last day of our stay, was the best we had ever received. Big smiles and really good manners. The room was as great. "Raquel, the owner, is a gem and couldn't have been more helpful. We'd arrived tired and hungry and Reception was closed, but the cleaner was able to let us into our room, which we discovered had a double bed, not the two singles we'd requested. So we were initially very grumpy, but once I'd worked out how to contact Raquel through the Expedia app and had spoken to her she was very apologetic and got it sorted after a couple of hours.
