"The room was spacious and partial Manhattan view which was satisfactory to me. There was a problem with a lock of the bathroom and I stayed there 15 minutes until maintenance came. It should have fixed before receiving a guest. Bag keeping charge was 10USD per one bag which I did not expect. The receptionist was very friendly and flexible which turned my impression."

"Working in the area and it was very nice and an easy walk. There were plenty of dining options within a 2 block radius. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare, but hot and fresh. Room on the 3rd floor facing into traffic on a bridge was very Queens. Blinds worked perfect, but I chose to leave them open for my last night. Overall a GREAT experience for my first trip to NYC. Walked the streets to relax at night and felt very safe."
