"The room was airy, quiet and well stocked with scrupulously clean linen and even the small kitchen was very well suppied with cooking essentials. Bathroom fine, and the shower provided ample flow hot water. Breakfast was simple but a good range of breads, cereals and juices. More than adequate and far better than other similar hotels."

"Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery. There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks. "This hotel is extremely BASIC. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower is powerful. However, there is NO AirCon in the rooms which made my 3 nights stay extremely uncomfortable. Also, make sure you check if they are observing EUGDPR about your personal data. When I checked in, there was someone else's address printed on my check in slip!"

"Very pleased with my stay! The price was such a steal. You may not get all of the fancy amenities of a 4 or 5 star hotel, but it has everything you could need and felt safe and clean! A bonus was that the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Spoke very good english. Also offered a welcome shot upon arrival for Carnival!"

"Highly recommend for anyone who has a loved one staying at the ATOS Orthoparc Klinik. Essential by Dorint Köln is a 7 minute WALK to the hospital. This made daily visits possible as the commute from where we live would be an hour each way. We tried messaging the reception's number but the reception does not have WhatsApp so we could only contact them through the Expedia messaging system. Receptionist arrived 5-minutes later."
