" Wonderful hotel"

"My check-in was very slow, as there was only one person on-duty (about 5:00 PM) She was waiting on another person, so I had to wait about ten minutes for my 3-minute check-in. We were disappointed to find out breakfast was not included. The breakfast offerings were few and over-priced. We drove to a restaurant and had an excellent breakfast for 50% less cost. "

"For the first time in my life, I was actually comfortable in a hotel bed. Usually hotel beds are way too firm with zero support, but the bed at the Cambria was perfect. Soft and supportive and I slept even better than I do at home! There were a couple of things in the room that showed wear and tear, like the bedside lamps that were starting to come unattached, and there was a day when a dog peed in one of the elevators and no one cleaned it up - it was left for people to walk through and drag...

"I loved everything about our stay but there was one night we went swimming and had to shower and get ready for an event that was at 8pm and we had to be there by 7:30 and the water was shut off and we couldn’t shower for our event in time but other than that everything was amazing "

"I absolutely loved the night desk guy. He was super helpful and friendly. Anytime we talked or even I witnessed him talking to another customer, it was like we already knew each other! Was very easy to talk to him. Such a very comfortable atmosphere!"

"Checkin was really easy and the room was very clean. I only took away a star because the hot tub was closed. They did offer an option to use the sister hotel’s hot tub across the street, but it was cold outside so we opted no to use that. "
