It was clean and newly renovated or newly built. Staff were extra nice and accommodating. Definitely would stay again. You do have to pay for parking and there’s extra fees for pets and breakfast.

The hotel has an incredible lobby space with games, food and drink that was ideal for our family reunion. The staff was friendly and attentive and we felt very comfortable during our stay. It's definitely a bit far from downtown so you will need to use a car or a ridesharing app to get around.

Definitely a hotel meant for business travelers. You have to pay to park there but that’s the way it is pretty much anywhere in that area of Ohmaha. The only issue we had is the ice machine on our floor was broken and our room didn’t have an ice bucket.

The hotel was nicer on the inside than the neighborhood around it looked. We didn’t experience any issues here with the area but not being from Omaha, I wasn’t sure about safety just based on how the downtown area looked. The hotel interior was nice and my kids really appreciated the workout area in the room. The interior lights in our room and also the phones didn’t work.

The hotel was nice enough, however, our room had a big bulge by the door that prevented the door from shutting unless we pulled it shut. We knew there wasn’t continental breakfast, however, you had to order and pay for even a cup of coffee, then they charged $4 for a cup of coffee. The room didn’t have enough pillows, we had to go ask for more, it also didn’t have enough towels and wash clothes. The outside area was very shady, meaning I definitely wouldn’t walk around outside. They make you pay for parking in there parking lot, $15/day, but also have a sign up stating that if anything happens to you vehicle it’s not their problem. Then why am I paying to park there? Also everywhere around the hotel is pay to park, we did venture away from that area and found places that were not pay to park. So maybe it’s just that area. The staff was nice enough, but didn’t really go out of their way to speak to you. I won’t be staying there again any time soon.

The hotel was nice and seemed safe. The area around the hotel was mostly safe, while walking to get some food, there were some sketchy gentlemen hanging around some businesses a few blocks away. The only other thing was the bathroom door would not stay on the rack so it was a big pain. Pool was crowded so we did not elect to partake in that. Everything else was decent.

The property was very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. The girl who checked us in was not friendly at all. She never gave us information about our pre-paid breakfast. When I asked about the parking, she acted like I was bothering her. When guests travel all day by car, we certainly don't want to be treated the way we were. Other staff were friendly around the hotel. were.
