"The room was small, but friendly and functional. The reception personnel let's you email your boarding pass to the hotel, and they print it out - very convenient. The breakfast is richer than I have seen at any hotel in a long time - It is a meal, complete with vegetables! I successfully went clothes shopping in nearby (walking distance) shopping mall. Finally, staff calls you a Taxi with a single button presd, and the taxi shows up in 3 minutes - every time. Impressive."

"First and foremost: the staff. I had the pleasure to discuss with Abdi, Sini, Eeli and George. Awesome people they are! We had the opportunity to use two different rooms: a regular two-twin-beds room and the Lucky You suite. The regular room had everything to satisfy us, even though it is a little small by North American standards. However, the decor and the furniture made it comfortable and lively. Also, the space is well used and the furniture is efficient. What can I say about the Lucky...

"I unexpectedly had a 1 day layover in Helsinki and had to make arrangements last minute. If you are a woman alone traveling and need a fast and safe place to stay this is absolutely a great choice. The shuttle was on time, the hotel was clean and accommodating. My room was small as expected but clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The restaurant was good as well and the server was a delightful man with a sense of humor. If I’m ever in this situation again I won’t hesitate to come back....

"We loved everything about Hotel Anna. The staff was wonderful at check in, the room was always cleaned, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for my family to fuel up before the day. The property is situated perfectly around shops and parks that were all walking distance. The train terminal was about a 12-15 min walk away and the market was also a 10-15 min walk away."

It is a 15 minute scenic walk from the Kouvusaari Metro (once on the Metro, it is only a 10 minute ride to the main Helsinki Railway station).
