"The best part was the location, a short walk from the Old Town Square. Room small, but managed well. Room small, but adequate and cheerful. Television had few channels. No CNN or BBC News. Only English channel Euro News had just a few headlines. No safe in the room, requiring carrying a key for reception area safe. Also, no refrigerator. Shower on bathroom floor with just a curtain was stifling. Staff terrific, especially Elena, but all women helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is close to the airport and offers free breakfast which was one of the reasons we chose it as we had a long journey ahead. We did not have a good experience. The staff at breakfast wore worn-out t-shirts which did not look clean and helped themselves to the food and ate it on the go. One male staff suddenly shouted at me and my daughter a few times, assuming that we wanted to take sandwiches that were on our table with us just as we started to eat.
