"In dieser Unterkunft wird Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit, Service und Sauberkeit noch groß geschrieben. Tägliche Reinigung. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht hellhörig. Frühstück ist reichlich. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Die Umgebung ist für Wanderer und Skifahrer optimal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!!! "

"The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. The room was exactly what we needed and had even more space than we anticipated from the pictures. Additionally, the staff was fantastic. Very willing to recommend train options for our return to...

"Well, it was unusual circumstances, I think...I didn't know when the last train stopped in Hallstatt, so I had to pay moire for the cab to get there than the room...when I arrived exhausted from mybtreavels, there were at leasdt 30 teenagers there partying it up & the owners didn't spoeak English...I wanted to cry, but then it became hysterically funny...Thank Good I had ear plugs & they had wine to knock me out...the next night they were gone & there was a loively young woman at the front desk...

"Wir hatten ein Kurzfamilienurlaub in Kreischberg in Oktober. Das Besuch hat uns sehr gut gefallen und haben gleich ein Wochenende in Januar für ein Skiurlaub gebucht. Leute waren sehr freundlich und die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist sehr kurze Laufweg von dem Skipisten. Es wird echt practisch sein bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Januar."

"Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Für den Preis als "all inclusie ultra" unschlagbar (allerdings Nebensaison). Essen gut und gute Auswahl. Wir waren schon 3x da und kommen sicher wieder. "

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids"

"Four stars !! No way The bathroom was so small you ere basically standing in the shower to use wash basin. The place would struggle to be 3 stars. The sofa in the TV room was like a brick rock solid. The Bedroom was so small you could reach both walls from the bed. The apartment was very clean and basics were there but never again."
