"We stayed at Hotel Corso for 3 nights. The first night we were put in room 23 which faces the outdoor area. It was full of loud students using it as a social hub - till after 11.00 pm. Someone from the hotel eventually came up and told them to leave, but ruined our sleep. In the morning we asked to be moved, which happened without any problems. We slept well the next two nights. " The property was great. Would stay there again. The suites were worth the extra cost. Transportation was very limited. Took the local Bus to the train station to get into rome. 16 eur per person. Local resturant 2 blocks from hotel made the trip. Food was great and service was even better. Tony the host at Falcioni dal 1955 took care of us. "

"Upon checking in, the staff person insisted on seeing passports for both of us even though the reservation was in my name and I submitted mine. My roommate did not bring her passport. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. If this is a requirement they should state it clearly on their website and through Expedia."
