"The floor supervisor Kaiser for 6th floor where I stayed was very attentive to resolving the issue when I brought to his attention about a minor issue with the washroom. "

"This is a great hotel which is walking distance to the mall of Emirates and the metro station which can take you all over Dubai. It also has a night life with 2 night clubs on the 1st floor. Good music and drinks available. The staff at this hotel are amazing and the cleaning staff really cleaned my room well. They go above and beyond at this hotel to make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you!"

"Facilities are outstanding. Brilliant staff, I arrived at 11:30 and they checked me into my room early. The food is delicious and top brand spirits with lovely coffee. Cannot fault the food, nice choices. The pools are huge and love the swim up bar. WiFi was never a problem, even 100 metres away on the beach the signal was good. There is nothing to do around the area but as it’s all inclusive why would you want to leave the resort. Saying that, there are always a fleet of taxis outside. My...

"The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive."
