Property overall was nice however I did request a balcony before arrival and a smoking room however this was not taken into account and disregarded as the hotel messaged me the day before arrival to also check on my preferences, which I confirmed to them even before this. Toilet was completely not what I expected, from the pictures shown it was unrecognisable, and when I asked if the room could be changed nothing was done. The staff for cleaning and food etc were perfect so massive thank you to them. The final issue I have is the concierge is completely pointless at this property, you ask for a taxi and then get told go outside and wait or that they will get one arranged and then nothing happens, on one occasion I was told I needed to walk further outside the hotel to usher a taxi and told waiting outside the main entrance was not going to work. I was also told that it was too busy and nothing could be done one evening, but I then used the Careem App and got one arranged in 5 mins. The last time I stayed in Dubai my previous hotel was always ready when I came outside with a taxi, to the point where the concierge took my number and told me to message whenever I needed, this helped my experience massively. Other than that, my experience was nice and I would stay again but but perhaps in a different room so long as it was as advertised and the concierge actually helps.
