"Love the private beach. The view from our balcony overlooking the ocean as well as the sunsets was amazing. Thank you Gabbiano Azurro for upgrading our room to a Junior Suite! The staff in the hotel was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast selections were excellent. Lunch by the beach was very good and dinner at Blu was delicious. This hotel is superb!!! "

"I chose this beautiful property for many reasons, but found myself with even more having stayed there 3 days. The resort has all the fine finishings, great food, service, scenery, spacious rooms, spa, and huge amounts of attention to detail, etc... "DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."

"The hotel was close to the most beautiful beaches and only a small car ride to Olbia city center, where there was a lot of lively streets with fantastic restaurants. The pool was always so clean with amazing views of the sea and mountains around. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The reception helped us rent a car with a very good price for the duration of our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Sardinia."
