My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Jerusalem staying at The Waldorf Astoria. The location was perfect (near the Old City) and the building was grand and luxurious. We are frequent travellers for business and pleasure and what we value most after a long day of travel is a welcoming and professional host. Service that is attentive but discreet and not intrusive. From the time we checked in and until we checked out, it was great service. As with great hotels, it is the service and the staff. It is the little touches and the thought that goes into them such as the personal concierge Ashley Lerner who welcomed us with her smile and calm demeanour. She arranged for my husband's business requirements when he had urgent business calls. Although the hotel was busy with a lot of guests including Shabbat dinners, bar mitzvahs etc, she was calm and professional and handled my husband's requests with first class service. Luxury hotel that is walking distance to both the Old City and Ben Yehuda Street.

Even the parking lot is luxurious. I found it so nice everything there....

Excellent location; just outside old city. Only a short walk to the tram. Lovely facilities with indoor and outdoor pool and exercise equipment. Beautiful views and helpful staff.
