“Bed sheets had stains and other persons hair in it. Bed side lights and fridge did not work. Staff lied to me when they advised issues were addressed next day (same sheets and lights/fridge still did not work), unable to offer a different room. Expected me to remake my own bed with clean sheets. Asked to meet manager who said they were out of town. Staff refused to refund three of four nights I did not stay. No follow up to my text messages. ”

“The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings.”

“As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular Delightful staff as well . There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath . We then used the sauna and steam room . We would……
