"Akumal Luxery is my favorite all inclusive! I've stayed in many but what makes this the best is the service, service, service. Geovanni changed our room to be closer to the pool with an ocean view, Gabriel spent an hour helping change my bus tickets to the airport, Edmundo replaced a bathing suit that was damaged, Juan would be asking if we need anything everyday outside our room, everyday we would receive a phone call asking if we were happy and did we need anything. Everyone offered help with a smile. Besides that the food was delicious, unlimited sushi and sashimi every meal at the buffet, there were enough people but not too many, never had to wait for food or drinks, beautiful beach right near the pool, lost items were returned twice, there are places to run that are shaded and interesting because the resort is gigantic with trains running every 5 minutes, but we found everything at Akumal. Tulum is also gorgeous and a few more families. There is an authentic huge shopping market as well. We did have some issues, as anyone would on an 8 day vacation, but they were dealt with by the staff graciously and quickly. This is our go to all inclusive for life!! Thank you to all who made our vacation so memorable. "
