“This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever had. Everything looked new and well cared for. The room was large, and had a great desk with a good sturdy chair. The internet was fast. The breakfast was great; scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes. sausages, cereal, fruit, juices and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking. Plus it was pretty close to Silver Dollar City. We would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt outdated. Things only got worse when we went into the bedroom and found a massive stain on the bed. We immediately called the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the night. Instead of helping us properly, they sent security to leave a plastic bag with sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring the correct sheets the first……
