“Buyer beware. The pics on the site are NOT representative of the room you will get. If you staying the tower, you MIGHT get a room sans, mold, feces-smeared walls, musty odors and filthy bathtubs. The rooms on floors 1 and 2 haven't been updated since Sinatra was there. Just go elsewhere. And if you complain and book a room through a 3rd party site (which was CHEAPER than the properties own site) they'll shrug and tell you there is nothing they can do about getting a room suitable for humans.……

“The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Loved easy access to the beach, and pool area which also features plenty of sitting area. Breakfast was also good👍 The only complaint is the a/c unit was a little noisy and shampoo, bodywash and lotion the hotel offers had a weird smell like it expired. Except for the conditioner it had a pleasant smell. Other than that everything was good. However we plan to return 😊”
