“Did not use this service room was clean. However, the shower did not work and when water came out it would not pass to the drain”

“All of the vending machines were broken or out of order. There was only 1 ice machine for the entire complex. The bathroom tiles were cracked, the paint was peeling , and there was no stopper for the tub.”

“Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to……

“Everything was great UNTIL we went to go to bed and the bed was soaked in urine!!!! We called front desk and they said they would send housecleaning up to us. What we needed was a new room because the mattress was soaked! They finally came and just wanted to change the sheets. I demanded a new room which we finally got but the refrigerator didn’t work and ac barely worked. It was 11:15 at night and we had to get up at 4:45am so we dealt with it. They did nothing for us and made us feel like……
