"What we loved about the hotel: breakfast until 11, breakfast staff(especially Alisha), front desk staff,location. What needed improvement: hot tub not hot enough,pool really cold,no towels by the pool.no music or any kind of entertainment by the pool."

"Property outside and in needs a good overhaul, furniture very basic although beds were clean, shower floor not up to standard and no lock on bathroom door. Swimming pool could do with a new lining as well. I paid in full upon booking but still had to give credit card on arrival. Instead of taking imprint of card they charged me 100 dollars deposit which was taken from my card immediately now I have to wait 2/3 days for refund since checking out x"
