"We really liked the convenience of the location to walking around the city. The size and parking was quite adequate. Bedroom, bed and sheets were nice. The beautiful wood floors were filthy dirty as well as the bathroom floor. The towels were not sufficient nor of very good quality especially for a five night stay. There wasn’t anything to use, dish cloth/brush to clean dishes."

"The property was very comfortable and easy to get to. The owner was great and easy to work with. The only issue I had was the listing from Vrbo said it was located at Lake Wawassee but it is in town. This was not the owners issue as he contacted Vrbo once I sent him the screen shot from Vrbo. For me it wasn’t a big deal but could have been for someone else. I would definitely recommend this property."

It would have been nice to be able to relax on a couch and watch tv with my husband but there were just the two highback chairs and we couldn't even see each other because of the lamp on the table between the chairs.
