“It was a clean, comfortable space in a residential area, just blocks from downtown. We prepared some of our meals there in the kitchen and enjoyed some of the restaurants a couple of blocks away.”

Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night.”

I will say the place was clean, the shower had great pressure and the location was in fact near the metro and there are good places to eat around the area. My hope is the owner of this property adjusts the listing to be more reflective of what you get. You will enter the property through the ally which is literally covered in graffiti including the entrance into this property. Host forgot to……

“Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.”
