"We loved our stay at the cottage! The house was immaculate and comfortable. I loved the thoughtful details like the record player with vintage albums (my daughter enjoyed playing them!), the shampoo and body wash in the shower, and the Nespresso pods. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The outside spaces are charming but be mindful of noise: we could overhear other neighbors conversations whether they were inside or outside, due to close proximity and we didn’t want to disturb THEIR peace either. "We were visiting our daughter who attends UC Santa Cruz and wanted a place not too far from campus. This property was perfect! It was just 20 minutes from the college and wow is it gorgeous! The cottage is warm, welcoming and comfortable. The property is private and secluded, perfect for anyone who likes to spend time outdoors. This place is a true gem."

"The vineyard and grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the local cat is very friendly, and greeted us when we arrived. While the kitchenette was small, it was useful. There is no longer a toaster oven, as the photo shows, but instead a separate toaster and a microwave. The pots and pans are stainless, and adequate for reheating and light cooking. The location is great! It's just a few minutes from some nice shops in Aptos Village, and Nisene Marks State Park, where we hiked a couple times."

"It took a minute to adjust to the small size of the cabin; once we did, it was cozy and comfortable. The outdoor deck is great, with a couch and table, surrounded by huge trees and the sound of a creek bubbling over rocks. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and hot water (that takes a few minutes to heat up). There are several cabins on the property, and doggies are welcome."
