"Staff was great and helped us work through a booking issue that happened using a third party app. Hotel is undergoing big upgrades. Our room had been completed and it was beautiful. The breakfast was a boxed one because of the breakfast area was under construction but that’s easily overlooked. We look forward to going back next year and seeing the fully renovated site. "

The only thing I didn't like was the pool which we were really looking forward to using as it was very cold where typically an indoor pool is heated. "We stayed at this hotel for a trip to shop and visit Great Lakes Crossing Mall. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and hot items were switched each day. The pool was saltwater and clean. My only "conplaint" would be that the photos show a hot tub in the pool area, but the hot tub has been filled in, and the pool is small and very shallow. This made for a very crowded pool. "Ongoing renovations in the lobby and dining area created a lot of dirt and dust where you entered the lobby. The hot tub was not working and the pool had a white film on top of the water. The breakfast choices were very minimal. I have had much better options for my breakfast at other Comfort Inns. "Unannounced under renovation (bad sloppy renos) from the website description. THE SITE SAYS FREE BREAKFAST but there was none. I called the front desk just to ask when it ends and he said: “I don’t know nothing about a free breakfast” Also our floor were so dirty that we ended up placing some towels down near the bathroom/sink area after me wiping it a bit before. Everything else was nicely clean. PS: bedsheets not so soft, but whatever."
