Not much for the Price!Posted Jul 3, 2015
Cons: Lots; see above.
Location: Within walking distance of the interesting and fun downtown area.
This hotel was not cheap at all, and yet it had no amenities to speak of, just free coffee in old Styrofoam cups in front lobby. Rooms were old; TV did not work (however, the young desk clerk fixed it, with some difficulty, when she found out the maintenance man would not come over). Windows to the mountain view were very dirty. No ambience in the room. Bed not made properly!

Not very cleanPosted Jun 30, 2015
The hotel need to clean the carpet and bathroom, when we get in the room, the toilet was not flashed, and I found a sock from others in bed.

Very expensive!Posted Jun 30, 2015
No coffee maker in the room! The staff didn't give me the wifi password and I ran to the front desk to get it before they closed at 11 pm! No one is in the front desk from 11 pm to 8 am! I had trouble with air conditioner and no one was in front desk to help me out! It took me 15 mins to find out there is a hidden button behind air conditioner that I need to press! Too many conditions! No yelling! No noise after 10 pm! However the room was clean.

Gutes Preis-/LeistungsverhältnisPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Die Lage auf dem Weg zu den Nationalparks Banff + Jasper.
Location: Am Rande von Canmore. Im Sommer Wandern, im Winter Ski fahren.
Großes, sauberes Zimmer. Wahrscheinlich in den letzten 12 Monaten renoviert. 2 Queen Betten. gute feste Matratze.

Not my first choicePosted Jun 26, 2015
They don't do room housekeeping during your stay. If you need towels or anything, you have to ask the front desk which is ok. On our way out, we say a housekeeper sweeping the bed sheet to get rid of the hair and stuff. Man I was grossed out. Why was he doing this since they don't do housekeeping during your stay ... suspicious... I checked in to my room early and I saw the dirty sheets on the floor. My room was ok.

Dirty beds and stinky towels.Posted Jun 16, 2015
Location: There are several other hotels nearby that I suggest you try instead.
Room had 2 queen beds. One was "used" and failed the "hair" test, and the other was made poorly with the sheets loose and not reaching the top so the pillows were in part directly on the mattress. I checked in just after 11pm so it was unmanned/self serve to get my key so no one was available to provide new bedding or a different room.

Not what hoped for.Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The room was spacious. We like the sink in the bathroom and a table with 2 chairs.
Cons: A light near the table. Someone should be checking to see that things are working, such as air conditioners.
Location: There are lots of beautiful mountains, rivers, lakes, glaciers and animals to see in the summer plus trams, hikes and float trips. Skiing in winter.
The hotel is located in a beautiful location as is the town of Canmore, and we chose it for being a little less expensive than most, but were surprised to find that there was a large deposit on each key and no daily housekeeping services unless you paid extra. If you wish clean towels, you can exchange them at the front desk and you can empty your own trash in the bin outside. Otherwise, you may request housekeeping done for a fee dependent on the particular services requested. You may borrow a vacuum cleaner if you find your room getting too dirty. There was a nice table by the window but no light above or near it so you couldn't see there unless it was daytime. We stayed on two pretty warm days and the air conditioner wasn't working so they brought us a fan which helped a lot. There were a lot of negatives that we weren't use to seeing, but the stay was okay. The room was spacious and clean and in a good location.
